Aesthetic Request Form

All exterior changes to a home must be submitted to the HOA Board for review and approval. This includes, but is not limited to: Painting/Repainting, Roof Replacement, Decks, Patios, Pools, Fences/Walls, and Room Additions. Please see the ByLaws page and the Covenants & Restrictions WWHOA for more information.

To submit a request to the board, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible (e.g. color selections, materials, dimensions, etc.).
